Session Deposit
To reserve your session date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot on my calendar and ensures that I can dedicate that time exclusively to you. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total session fee.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, I understand that life happens—if you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date, as long as you provide at least [insert your preferred notice period, e.g. 48 hours] notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Your session is officially booked once the deposit is received and a signed agreement is in place.
